Notably, FaZe won the first two Majors with both Simp and Cellium earning an MVP award for Major 1 and Major 2, respectively.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"esi-paragraph-6880a83901177\" class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>Joining Simp and Cellium on team one is the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/esportsinsider.com\/2025\/05\/los-angeles-thieves-win-back-to-back-call-of-duty-league-majors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LA Thieves<\/a><\/strong> duo of <strong>Paco \u2018HyDra\u2019 Rusiewiez<\/strong> and <strong>Thomas \u2018Scrap\u2019 Ernst<\/strong>. The French phenom has cemented his place as one of the top submachine gunners alongside Scrap, who is often in contention for the MVP trophy when the tournament reaches its climax.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"esi-paragraph-6880a83901787\" class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>The second TOTY includes the second Atlanta pairing <strong>Tyler \u2018aBeZy\u2019 Pharris <\/strong>and <strong>Zack \u2018Drazah\u2019 Jordan<\/strong> who played instrumental roles in the franchise\u2019s early success in <strong>Call of Duty: Black Ops 6<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"esi-paragraph-6880a83901d88\" class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/esportsinsider.com\/2025\/06\/toronto-ultra-amd-partnership-extension\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Toronto Ultra<\/a><\/strong>\u2019s <strong>Joeseph \u2018JoeDeceives\u2019 Romero<\/strong> makes the second TOTY in addition to <strong>David \u2018RenKoR\u2019 Isern<\/strong> from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/miamiheretics?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Miami Heretics<\/a><\/strong>. The latter has become the second European player to earn a TOTY place on the star-studded roster.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"esi-heading-6880a839023bc\" class=\"esi-heading \">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"back-to-back_accolades-2\">Back-to-back Accolades<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"esi-paragraph-6880a839029b1\" class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>For Scrap, Drazah, Cellium, and Simp, the 2025 CDL Team of the Year marks the second time they have earned a place in All-Star teams in two years, after being voted into the squads in 2024.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"esi-paragraph-6880a83902fac\" class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>The CDL Team of the Year is one of the final awards distributed to players during a season of Call of Duty esports.
